If you ever need someone to run co-op with on Insane or what not then hit me up! I'm always willing to achievement hunt on Gears PC.Gears of War: Ultimate Edition is a remaster of the original Gears of War game developed by The Coalition and Splash Damage and published by Microsoft Studios for Microsoft's Xbox One console and Windows 10 operating system. But that's not an issue with AMD cards since I never had it. Gears 4 is a lot better port, but I think that nvidia had issues with their drivers with the game that's still present today. But you can still setup private matches and invite people to play with you on them if you have friends who would be up for it. Though I can't imagine you finding many people who will play on those custom maps. Not to mention that Gears 1 had some modding support so you can get custom multiplayer maps. I also believe it's capped to 60fps, unlike the remaster. But ofc the graphics are quite dated by todays standards. If you can somehow get your hands on the OG release, then it will run a lot smoother. I use to set up games for people in the Gears PC community, and there did tend to be issues with buggy sound and sometimes performance.Īlthough, it is playable. However, this is a a bit dodgy port that still has a few issues. "Is this site legit?" - About gray market keysĪs mentioned by others, there is the Remaster in the windows store.
